Andrés is a Partner at SummaPartners with over 25 years of experience leading M&A, restructuring, and capital fundraising projects across various industries. He also possesses extensive expertise in investment analysis and market research.

Before joining SummaPartners, he served for 6 years as the Managing Partner at Brox Capital, a company that provides financial and management advisory services. Additionally, he held the position of Director at HSBC Chile. Prior to that, he worked at Banco Penta, Grupo Indumotora, and AFP Cuprum. He also taught corporate finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
